BEEF

We sell Beef by the half or the quarter at $4.50 a pound hanging weight. The weight of a side of beef will vary between cow, time of year and processing. A half a side of beef is anywhere between 250 and 350 pounds. No Nitrates.

 

INDIVIDUAL PIECES OF MEAT:

  • Steaks: All steaks are cut ¾ to 1 inch thick.
    • T-Bone Steak: $9.00/lb
    • Delmontico: $9.00/lb
    • Sirloin Steaks: $8.00/lb
    • Cubed Steak: $5.00/lb
    • Bone in Rib Steak: $5.50/lb
  • Roasts: These range in weight between 3-4 lbs a piece.
    • Chuck: $5.50/lb
    • Shoulder: $5.50/lb
    • Rump: $5.50/lb
    • Sirloin: $6.00/lb
    • Eye of Round: $6.00/lb
    • London Broil: $6.00/lb
  • Other Cuts::
    • Ground beef: $4.25/lb
      (come in roughly 1lb packages)
    • Liver: $2.25/lb
      (roughly 1lb packages)
    • Soup Bones: $1.00/lb
    • Stew Meat: $5.00/lb
 

PORK

We sell Pork by the half or the quarter at $4.25 a pound hanging weight. The weight of a side of pork will vary between pig, time of year and processing. A half a side of pig is anywhere between 75 and 100 pounds. No Nitrates.

  • Pork Chops (Bone In): $4.25/lb
  • St. Louis Ribs: $6.00/lb

  • Pig's Feet: $2.00/lb
  • Ham Pieces: $2.50/lb
  • Bacon: $4.85/lb
  • Bratwurst: $5.50/lb
  • Fresh Ham: $3.00/lb
  • Ham Slices: $3.50/lb
  • Ham Hocks: $3.50/lb
  • Pork Neckbones: $2.00/lb
  • Pigs Tail: $1.00/lb
  • Pigs Ear: $1.00/lb

*There will be 2% tax added for all meat products and a 7% tax added to all Jams and Jellies that are sold.
